How to Handle a Stove-Top Oil Fire
If you ever have a pot of oil or grease catch fire on your stove-top, here is what to do:
 Don't Panic
Turn off burner
Soak towel with water and ring out
Cover pot with wet towel and wait for flames to extinguish
